Four million people have signed the petition to remove Amber Heard’s name from Aquaman, and the Lost Kingdom.

This petition has been signed by two million people in two weeks. It is now one of the most popular petitions on Change.org.

It’s not surprising that the petition has seen a surge in popularity, since Amber is currently in a defamation case against Johnny Depp, her ex-husband.

Jeanne Larson who started the petition writes that Amber was exposed as an abuser. The petitioners described several incidents, including one in which Depp was repeatedly punched in the face and another where his finger was broken with a bottle.

The petition asks DC Warner Bros. to remove Amber Heard in Aquaman 2. It also states that Amber was previously charged with violence against Tasya VanRee, her ex-partner.

It was created by Jeanne Larson in late 2020, after Depp had been replaced as Gellert Grindelwald within the Fantastic Beastsfranchise.

The trial between the exes will continue on Monday. Amber will be defended by Ellen Barkin.

Whitney Henriquez, Heard’s sister, will also testify for the actress.

Although the trial should be over by the end of each month, it could take longer for jurors to reach a decision.

Concerning the Remove Amber Heard Aquaman2 petition, it states that domestic violence is a problem for men and must be acknowledged. It also urges the government to take action to stop known abusers from being glorified in the entertainment industry.

Next goal: 4.5 million signatures. Aquaman II will premiere in 2023.
